Sandhurst Community Capital’s (SCC) mission is to operate nationwide in the United States with a focus on supporting community development by increasing the availability of affordable housing for low and moderate-income families. Additionally, SCC is dedicated to preserving historically significant buildings used for apartments. Through financing activities, SCC will facilitate the construction of new apartments and the renovation of existing units to enhance their quality.

Apart from these core initiatives, SCC will provide programs and services for residents with the aim of improving their standard of living and overall well-being. These include technical and vocational skills training, resume writing workshops, interview skills training, and various other career development programs and services. SCC will also donate scholarship funds to Affordable Housing tenants to attend colleges, universities, or technical schools for the purpose of acquiring appropriate skills to enter the workforce upon completion of their studies.
